The EFQM model offers a holistic approach for the implementation of the TQM concept. Basic requirement: systematic inclusion of all employees in the continuous improvement process, in order to achieve and sustain better results.
The EFQM model was developed in 1988 to strengthen European companies for global competition. Last modified in early 2013, it reflects the latest developments and needs of organizations. The evaluation of nine criteria, which are based on eight basic principles, forms the three pillars of EFQM: “People – Processes – Results”.
An essential characteristic is the three-tiered self-assessment of the maturity level, using the „RADAR” scoring tool.
As a partner of the German quality initiative “Ludwig-Erhard-Preis e.V. (ILEP)”, we can offer evaluations according to “Committed to Excellence (C2E)” and ”Recognised for Excellence (R4E)”, as well as other, company-specific EFQM assessments.
During a company-specific assessment according to EFQM, our assessors evaluate the eight basic principles and nine criteria of excellence. All of the elements that make up the operation of your organization will be viewed in relation to each other, and to ensure they interface smoothly. At the end, you will receive a certificate of recognition, as well as a report with the identified strengths and potential for improvement of your organization.
